2. Brand Purpose and Messaging
Merchant Value Statement: By accepting Pay10, you’re offering your customers a faster, lower-cost, and more secure way to pay, powered by domestic rails and licensed by the Central Bank of UAE. Your business benefits from lower transaction fees and instant settlements giving you control over your cashflow and the freedom to grow your business.
3. Logo Usage
Only the full-color logo is authorized for use. Maintain clear space around the logo and do not reduce below minimum size.
- Do not rotate, distort, recolor, or crop the logo.
- Do not place on cluttered or patterned backgrounds.
4. Do’s and Don’ts in Merchant Environments
Do:
- Request written permission to use the logo by sending requests to :marketing@pay10.ae
- Place signage, unobstructed, where customers can easily see it
- Only use high resolution logo online and in printed materials
- Ensure QR codes are clear and functional
- Use approved social templates
- Include Pay10 on your website as an accepted method
Do not:
- Use the Pay10 logo without explicit permission from the Pay10 Marketing department
- Modify Pay10 logo or visuals

5. Co-Branding Guidelines
